Shipping methods used are US Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, larger items such as furniture will be shipped via common freight carrier. All items purchased requires insurance to be purchased, insurance is included in the cost of shipping. Tracking# is available for all items shipped. All in stock items are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order. All items not in stock or direct shipped from manufacturer, shipping times are specified on website for items such as furniture or electronics, appliances. Warranties on items purchased is specified on the website or  extended warranties may be purchased at an additional cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. All deliveries are made to front door, inside delivery will cost extra and is specified on the website as "White Glove Delivery".

Return Policy
Return authorization is required when returning item(s)for refund. All items must be returned in original unused condition. There is a 20% restocking fee on all items returned for refund except where defective or damaged during shipping.
