This page was designed to explain more about how our contractor program works. We work hard to promote your business. If you do not already have a website, one can be created for you. We will do marketing and advertising for you to help bring home buyers to you. This service is free, additional advertising services are available at a cost depending on your needs.

Our contractors pricing on products will guarantee that you are getting the best price for the best products. We have a list of vendors that we have already established a relationship with and will get multiple estimates for you to get you the best price. Since we buy most products in volume, we are very competitive in this market, and we represent many manufacturers that don't sell to contractors directly. If you decide you would like to use our buyers service, we charge a monthly fee to manage your project and will meet with home buyers to help make sensible choices for their home. With this monthly fee you will be getting everything at cost. This will eliminate paper work and time for you. Even if you decide not to use the buyers service here is a list of additional things we can provide to contractors.
